Why was I successful?

I’ve been in sales and marketing in various industries for over 25 years, with 12 years working for someone else’s company, then owned my own company in New York City for 13 years, then sold my company to become an executive coach. I got trained and certified by some of the top trainers in the industry, and have been successful throughout in every endeavor.

When I changed careers 10 years ago it was to dedicate myself to supporting business professionals design their own authentic workstyle so they could get what they want and get there in ways that were authentic and fulfilling.

FIRST, I know this works because I’ve been honing this process for 10 years with clients across the country.  My whole coaching approach is that each person has a totally unique worldview, and that my job is to facilitate their authentic self-expression through awareness, clarity, confidence and effective action.  The process encourages professional growth in every area of working smarter, living better.
